Walter E. McDonald

Walter McDonald of Turlock, California has passed away at the age of 94. Walt was born in San Bernardino, California to Albert and Etha (Branen) McDonald. Walt and his wife Eleanor were bakers, they owned their own bakery in Modesto. Later Walt worked as a baker at a correctional facility for the state of California. He served 2 years in the Navy Reserves. He and his wife Eleanor (Falk) were married 62 years, together they raised their two sons, Keith and Brian. His wife & two sons proceeded him in death.
Walter was a person who was always there for family & friends, loved to work on cars, make all the grandkids birthday cakes, loved to hunt and fish with his family.
Walter is survived by his daughter-in-law Christine (Cassity, McDonald) McMenimen & exdaughter-in-law Rebecca (Wesp) McDonald. His grandchildren; Joshua McDonald, Layton, McDonald, Heather (McDonald) Monroe deceased, Daniel McMenimen, Scout (Nunes) Bizelli and 9 great-grandchildren.
