Jeffrey was born in Modesto, CA to Arno and Doris Briley and passed away at the age of 66. He will be remembered as a fun loving jokester, who always had a smile on his face. He enjoyed playing the guitar and was a talented musician and liked to surf.
He is survived by his son Aaron James Briley of Colorado; siblings Byron Briley, Ricky Briley, Billy Williams, Michelle Tomlinson and Janet Mallernee-Briley; grandchildren Maverick, Halle and Nathan and great grandchild Tenor. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Wayne Briley.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 2:00p.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church of Livingston.
