September 26, 2019 at 3:55 amI remember Rick as a young man who was looking for a future. I hired.hom at Hayward Plastics and mentored him in Manufacturing. In time I encouraged him to move forward with a company down South. After a while, our paths met again as a Plant Manager at Volk Enterprises and he was my go to production manager. We had a lot of laughs, sorrow, and victories. When came time for me to move on, Rick took the reins for the next 18 years. Well done my friend.

September 26, 2019 at 3:41 amI rememberRick as young man looking for his future. I hired him at Hayward Plastics and mentored him in Manufacturing. We had a lot in common being Veterans and aircraft mechanics. I encouraged him to move on south with another plastics company. Our paths met again at Volk Enterprises as a Plant Manager and he was my go to Production Manager. We had a lot of laughs, sweating, and tears. When it was finally time to pass the reins, Rick took the lead for the next 18 years at Volk.
You will be missed.
