Louetta Lorraine Perez (Moore) 71, of Hilmar, passed away on August 8, 2021.  Louetta was preceded in death by her parents Bud and Doris Moore, brother Steven Moore, and daughter Lisa Baptista. 

Louetta was born on October 13, 1949, in Eugene, Oregon, to Bud and Doris Moore. At the age of 6 the family moved Taft, California, where Louetta attended high school until her senior year. She graduated from Hilmar High School in 1967.

She is survived by her husband Daniel, her first husband of 30 years Frank Perez Jr., her two sons Frank Perez III and Matt Perez, her daughter Danielle Perez, her two sisters and best friends Lona Van Fleet (Mike) and Roberta Entriken (Greg), and her two brothers Forrest “JR” Moore (Carol), and Eric Moore (Sue). Louetta is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews, and friends and family that loved her dearly. 

Aside from spending time with her friends and family, Aunt Sissy was an avid crafter and jewelry maker. She also loved going to flea markets. She had a bright and energetic personality, and she touched many lives with her generosity, passion for life, and lipstick-stained kisses.

Family and friends are invited to attend the celebration of life for Louetta at 10:00 am on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at Allen Mortuary in Turlock. Interment will follow.

    I was privileged to know Louetta from my childhood on. She always had a fun and energetic personality and a smile on her face. I am so happy to have known and loved her all these years and look forward to welcoming her back when she is resurrected with a healthy body and that same big smile.

    We are so happy that we had Louetta as our spiritual sister and friend for many years. She was such a sweet lady. We will miss seeing her for now, and we look forward to the time when the resurrection takes place and we will all be together again with no more sickness, sorrow or pain.
