November 14, 2021 at 7:01 amI worked at Covenant Village (now known as Covenant Living) as the Concierge and I remember Bob as one of the kindest people I have ever met.
He would always ask me how I was and was so gracious & patient as I answered the phone that was usually ringing anytime someone walked up to my desk”¦he would just smile at me, letting me know that he understood. I so missed him after my sudden retirement & would be so happy when I ran into him on one of my campus visits. May the lord comfort his family as they grieve their loss.

October 20, 2021 at 7:15 pmI had the pleasure of spending a lot of time with Bob these past few months and I’m blessed to be able to call him friend. Bob I’m going to miss our conversations about life, our times we listened to old hymns together, and my favorite where you asked me to read from your favorite book of Romans. You impacted my life more than I ever could express and I’m sad but filled with joy that you are now in the arms of Jesus where your knees won’t hurt anymore.:) I’m going to miss you Bob. I appreciate you”¦.
