October 11, 1977 – April 6, 2022
Octavio was born in Turlock, CA on October 11, 1977 and passed away on April 6, 2022. He leaves behind his mother Deborah Kelso, father Octavio Garza Jr., sister Monique Garza, brother Jeremy (Joyce) Garza, niece Mahaley Garza, nephews Tristan Killough, Little Jeremy Garza and Bradley Garza, great nieces Heaven and Aliyah Beas, great nephew Romeo Beas and grandmother Barbara Kelso.
He loved his nieces and nephews with his whole heart. After losing his son Josiah at 3 months old in 2015, he took on the role of being there for them, stepping into the role of the best uncle ever to them.
He loved to cook for his family. He would just throw something together of his own creation, at times wondering if it was even edible, and most of the time it was delicious.
It was never a dull moment when Otto was around; he loved to make you laugh. He had many, many friends whom he loved, and he would do anything to them help out. Otto will be missed by many people. He had many different names, from Pumpkin, to Automatic, fat ass, Uncle Otto, and Son.
Otto was preceded in death by his son Josiah Michael Garza, grandfathers Lawrence Kelso and Octavio Garza Sr., and grandmother Amelia Garza.
Rest in peace my son. I love you and will miss you tremendously. At least you are with your son who you missed so much.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Prodigal Sons & Daughters, 352 E. Olive Ave, Turlock, CA 95380.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 22, 2022 from 5pm – 7pm at Allen Mortuary. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 4pm at Allen Mortuary.
