Stephen L. Turner Sr. was born November 3, 1968 in Turlock, CA and died without warning at home on August 11, 2022 at the age of 53. He was born to Lawrence Turner and Lavonne (MacGregor)Turner and spent most of his life living on the family ranch.
He is survived by both parents, son Stevie (Amanda Jane) Turner Jr., daughter Amanda (Josh) Jaffuel, and two siblings Kevin (Neva) Turner and Tracy Zabala. Proud grandfather to Soleil Jaffuel.
Steve attended Chatom Elementary and Mountain View Middle School before graduating Turlock High School class of 1986. He worked on the family ranch for 25 years, earned a degree from ITT tech and worked for AT&T in Atwater, CA and Pueblo, CO.
Steve (Ironmac) was a beloved online gamer and an avid fan of fantasy and sci-fi genres. He also enjoyed reading, spending time with his family, playing cards and board games, and taking care of his pets and dog (Hunter). He was proud of his Scottish heritage and enjoyed renaissance fairs.
He will be greatly missed and always in our hearts.
The family will be hosting a Celebration of Life to take place at their home on 18 August, 2022 at 10:00 am located 733 S. Central, Turlock, CA.

August 16, 2022 at 9:54 pmMy deepest condolences to Mac’s family. He was a very dear friend. I met Mac at ATT back in 2006/2007. We hit it off right away. We spent many hours playing Lotro together, going to movies and just hanging out. I miss you terrible buddy, I’ll see you on the other side…
