Marianne Mayerle of Modesto has passed away at the age of 88. Marianne was born in Nashwauk, Minnesota to Mathias and Mary Mayerle, and went to her heavenly home on May 27, 2023. She lived in Modesto and worked for the Stanislaus County billing department. Marianne attended the University of Minnesota, Duluth branch and received her Bachelor of Arts degree.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Mayerle and niece, Mariah Mayerle. She also had three nieces and one nephew, all living in California.
Marianne was an English teacher in northern Minnesota, enjoyed public speaking, and directed many plays. Having moved to Modesto, she enjoyed giving talks on historical figures, through Michaels College. She was also active in the California Toastmasters.
Marianne’s interment will take place at St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
