Marcelino A. Ruvalcaba of Patterson, California has passed away at the age 77. He was born in Ameca, Jalisco, Mexico to Roberto Ruvalcaba and Maria Alvarez Mesa and has lived in California most of his life. He married Emma B. Vizcaino and together they raised three children: Robert, Sergio and Mario. Marcelino worked as a machine mechanic for over 40 years at a sugar company in Manteca. Marcelino was a respected member of the Patterson Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Marcelino was a responsible family man, who also lovingly cared for his son Sergio for the past 48 years. His friends will remember him for his big laugh and good cheer.
Marcelino is survived by his wife Emma B Ruvalcaba; his sons Sergio Ruvalcaba and Mario Ruvalcaba; his siblings Teresa Ruvalcaba, Jose Yotto Ruvalcaba, Raul Ruvalcaba, Ofelia Alvarez, Gil Alvarez, Martha Belmontes, Cruz Belmontes, Silvia Ruvalcaba and Ruben Ruvalcaba; his four grandchildren, Monica Ruvalcaba, Omar Ruvalcaba, Bella Ruvalcaba and Natalie Rose Ruvalcaba.
He is preceded in death by his parents Roberto Ruvalcaba and Maria Alvarez Mesa, and his son Robert Ruvalcaba.
Services will be held Saturday July 29, 2023 at 1pm
