Angel Manriquez February 18, 1935 - May 11, 2021

Ángel Manríquez was born in Guanajuato, Mxico to Juan Manríquez and Juana Fonseca.

He passed away suddenly on May 11, 2021, leaving behind his wife of 21 years Maria Manríquez.

He is preceded in death by his first wife Obdulia Reyes Alvarado, his parents and his siblings Jesus Manriquez, Teresa Manriquez and Antonio Manriquez.

He also leaves behind his brother Salvador Manriquez and his children Jose Luis Manriquez, Maria Rojas, Martha Montejano, Irma Mendoza, Flaviola Cisneros, Nubia Saldana, and Israel Contreras, as well as 21 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Besides the immediate family he also leaves in mourning his extended family and friends who loved and respected him.

His favorite job was working in a Nursery where he developed his love for plants. He had a green thumb and could grow anything. He had a great sense of humor and was always telling jokes.

He also loved horses and watching any videos with horses or bulls. He was always sharply dressed in his western suit and tejana.

He was a kind, caring, compassionate person who will be truly missed.

Viewing at Allen Mortuary on Monday, May 17, 2021 at 4pm. Recitation of the Rosary on the same day at 6pm.

Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred heart Church in Turlock on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 12:30 pm with graveside to follow at Turlock Memorial Park.
