Anne Langford was born Nov 1, 1956 in San Francisco where she lived and grew.
She spent time as a banker, an insurance adjuster, and a drug counselor, but she never defined herself by her careers.
She was an avid reader and a lover of cats. She enjoyed travel, took her children on road trips throughout the western United States and was still planning trips with her best friend until her passing. She lauded the importance of family and many of her friends are people she had known since childhood. She was a complicated person, but always wore her heart on her sleeve.
She is survived by her brother and sister, her son and daughter, her stepdaughter and 5 grandchildren.
Her final wishes were to be cremated but to avoid a memorial service where people would only be sad in her passing. In lieu of any flowers or small gifts, please consider donating to a local animal shelter and celebrate her life by continuing her legacy of love for all animals.
