Avtar Singh, 72, of Turlock, CA has passed away. He was born to Jarnail and Beant Singh in India. He is survived by his loving wife Balvir Kaur and three children: Gurpreet Singh, Harjinder Kaur and Balwinder Kaur.
Funeral will be on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at Allen Mortuary.
