In loving memory of Benedict (Bennie) A. Mendonca Jr.
Bennie was born to Benedict A. Mendonca Sr. and Virginia (Ferreira) Mendonca on March 12th, 1959. He graduated from Gustine High School in 1978 and lived most of his life in Gustine, California. Bennie was a Veteran of the army and a strong, hardworking man with the mind and hands of an engineer. He had a vast wealth of knowledge that never slowed him down.
Bennie was surrounded by his family as he passed peacefully. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Virginia Mendonca. He is survived by his children, Shane Mendonca (Bethany) of Gustine, CA, Courtney Mendonca (Kevin) of Newman, CA, and Bennie Mendonca Jr. of Oregon; his siblings, Bernadette Richardson (Rick) of Modesto, CA, Debra Alberti of Turlock, CA, Celeste Soares of Merced, CA, and Glen Mendonca of Atwater, CA; three adored grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews. He may now rest in peace as his legacy carries on.
Memorial mass will be held at Our Lady of Miracles Church in Gustine on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 10:00a.m.
