Rev. Betty Brown, 91, passed away on January 28, 2021 at Brandel Manor. She was born in Cordell, Oklahoma to Jesse and Myrtle (Cary) Bell in October of 1929. She settled in Modesto 83 years ago. She was a dedicated Pentecostal Minister for 49 years with her sister Marjorie Williams.
Rev. Betty is survived by her daughter Christine Windsor of Hawaii; granddaughters Sabrina (Kent) Vickroy of Turlock, Dawn Davenport of Pennsylvania, and Deanna (Greg) Paulson of Modesto; 7 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; and siblings Patty Sterling of Idaho and Robbie Scarlotta of Modesto. She is preceded in death by her parents, and siblings Don Bell and Margie Williams.
Visitation will be held at 10:30am – 11:30am on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Allen Mortuary. A graveside will be held also on Saturday, February 13th at 12:00pm at Turlock Memorial Park.
