Bobbie J. Stean, 70, of Delhi, CA passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving husband. She was born to Joseph and Mary Jackson in Oakland, CA.
Viewing will be on Friday, April 5, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. with Funeral Service to start at 10:30 a.m., both at Allen Mortuary. Burial will follow at Rolling Hills Memorial Park in Richmond, CA.
