Bret Jason Gerard, 43, was suddenly taken from us on February 12, 2018 in Turlock, CA.
Bret was born in Fremont, CA on July 21, 1974 to Don Gerard and Connie Kester. He grew up in Fremont, Sunnyvale, Modesto and Hilo, HI. He graduated from Fremont High School in 1992.
Bret was a fun-loving, kind, generous, sympathetic man who loved music, art, poetry, fitness, cycling and movies. Above all else, Bret loved spending time with his friends and family. Bret had a passion for life. His heart and spirit will be missed and never forgotten.
Bret is survived by his mother, Connie Malcolm, sisters Faith Malcolm and Caity Malcolm, brother-in-law Bryan Jebavy, aunt Joanna & uncle Phil Cooper, aunt Clara & uncle Greg Britton, cousins Brian & Heather, Tony, Paula & Kenny, Diana & Aaron, Cheryl & Derek, Steven, Dwayne and many friends.
Bret is preceded in death by his father Don Gerard, stepfather Duke Malcolm, aunt Linda Perry and uncle John Kester.
A memorial service will be held at Allen Mortuary on Saturday, February 24 at 3:00 P.M. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Bret’s Life.
