I was truly blessed by having Corrine give me baton lessons. My very first lesson I met Denise and then got to spend the night with her. The rest is historyOur families became family. June 13, 2019 at 2:15 pmGrandma,
I am so sorry that I did not get there in time to hug you and let you know how much I love you. I will always remember watching you put on your makeup and playing with all of your fun jewelry. The love and affection you gave us is something I will forever cherish. You always wanted to come visit me in Texas and now you can. Please watch over us. May you rest in eternal peace. I love you and will see you again one day

June 12, 2019 at 2:51 pmas a sister in law she was the best I could have asked for. She was always welcoming, pleasant, inviting, accepting, and so kind. She was cheery. That is the keyword to describe Corrine. We will miss her. And, to her daughters, you royally honored her. I know she really enjoyed every minute with you. I am very grateful to have had her in my life.

She was blessed with wonderful children who cared for her with amazing grace and love. My sincere comfort to Dawn Diana, Denise, and Darlene and all of your families. God has another angel.

June 11, 2019 at 11:26 pmDawn, Dianna, Darlene and Denise you all know how much I loved your mama. She was one classy lady. Always dressed to the nines and beautiful. She had a sense of humor more people need to have. Her laugh just made everyone else laugh with her. You never knew what was going to come out of her mouth. That’s what made her so darn much fun. I told Dawn and Dianna I can see her in the Denair house as plain as it was yesterday doing laundry and ironing so everyone would look nice. Dads shorts had to be pressed you know.
She is with Dad and Dennis now and they are watching over all of you. Love you much.

June 11, 2019 at 11:16 pmOur condolences to the daughters of Corrine Hobbs. It was always a pleasure being around her when she lived in Denair. I know life will be different for Dave without her. You have been wonderful daughters and I know she left with a smile on her face. I never saw her twirl her baton, but always heard how great she was.
Keep all the wonderful memories you have of her close to your hearts.
