Dorothy Mae Johson, age 82 of Ceres, passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. Dorothy was born June of 1939 to Russell and Vera (Jordan) Todden in Graford, Texas. She came to Keyes, California as a young girl. She was employed with General Foods until her retirement in 1995. Dorothy enjoyed sewing, quiltmaking, scrapbooking, gardening, and loved shopping and spending time with her grandchildren.
Dorothy is survived by her children Connie, Jerry, and Sandra Adkins; siblings Velma Mercer, Shirley Strouch, and Wanda Venable; three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held from 4pm – 6pm on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Allen Mortuary.
A Graveside service will be held 11am on Friday, August 27, 2021 at Ceres Memorial Park.
