Elizabeth was born in Zacatecas, Mexico and passed away at the age of 77. Elizabeth was honored as “Mujeres Valientes” at the Mexican-American Political Association’s 44th Constitutional Convention. She was an advocate for organizations such as Mapa and Lulac. She was the driving force behind significant advancements and improvements to the quality of life for Hispanics across the country. She believed in helping people in need and volunteered for various non-profit organizations such as Salvation Army, Churches, & Second Harvest where she enjoyed volunteering her time to feed the needy.
She is survived by her husband Carlos and children Victor, Angelica, Ada, Mike, Becky and Noa and numerous grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
