Esme Fae and Adalyn Rose entered and left this world on April 30, 2022 at UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco, California.

Esme Fae and Adalyn Rose were our identical twin daughters of Harley Ventura and Marie Fraser. The twins were a beautiful blessing. You will be in our hearts forever.

They will be greatly missed by their parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

These Angels Esme Fae and Adalyn Rose were both called home to Jesus”¦

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Lakewood Memorial Park in the Baby Garden, reception following TBA.
