Estella Perez, age 75 of Modesto, California, passed away Thursday July 20th, 2023, this day of our Lord.
Estella Perez was born on October 20, 1947 to Fred Perez and Sara Olague in San Jose, California. After Estella graduated from Overfelt High School in 1965, she went on to become a recovery support counselor, making a difference in the lives of others daily.
In 1969, Estella began a family, having three children, Richard Torres, Mario Torres, and Stephanie Gomez. Estella raised her children and lived in San Jose until she retired in 2013. Later, Estella moved to the Modesto area where she could enjoy more time with her children and grandchildren.
Estella was predeceased by her father Fred, mother Sara, and two sisters Margarita Luna and Sylvia Perez. She is survived by two sisters Sandra Perez and Laurie Munoz, her brother Freddy Perez, her three children Richard, Mario, and Stephanie, 13 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren who mourn her loss dearly.
Services will be held at Allen Mortuary in Turlock, California on Saturday, July 29th. A private family viewing will begin at 3 pm. Services begin at 4 pm.
