Francelia Gonzalez Tello, age 47, passed away suddenly in Turlock, CA on October 18, 2023. Francy was born on January 29,1976 to Raul and Todocia Gonzalez in Juchipila, Zacatecas, Mexico. Francy grew up in Patterson, CA and attended Patterson High School. She met Daniel, her husband of five years, at Denny’s in Merced, CA on a blind date. She would go on to tell people that he asked for her number on that date and she thought to give him the wrong number, but wondered if he would call her on the spot and know she had given him the wrong number. She was right as he called her then and there to save her number. This blind date turned into a life full of bliss as they married on July 27, 2018 and their love for each other flourished.
Francy worked as a Medical Assistant for several years before settling into her favorite job, which was homemaker. She loved cooking and trying new recipes, crafting, and tending to her puppy Moso.
Francy was a Christian and began her walk with the Lord at the Grayson Apostolic Church where she was baptized on July 14, 1997. Most recently, Francy attended Winton Apostolic Church and was involved in several ministries over the years. Prior to her passing, she was serving as Treasurer of the Women’s Auxiliary Group and assisted with Automation Duties. She enjoyed the fellowship she shared with the members and was always willing to lend a helping hand with several of the activities.
Francy was preceded in death by her mother Todocia Gonzalez and her brother Raul Gonzalez Jr. Francy is survived by her husband Daniel Arias, father Raul Gonzalez, brothers Uriel Gonzalez, Rojelio Gonzalez and Omar Gonzalez, and sisters Sara Gonzalez and Isamar Gonzalez.
Francy is now resting and leaves a void that can never be filled, but she will never be forgotten by those who cherish memories of happier times in her presence.
An opportunity to visit with Francy’s family will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Winton Apostolic Church located at 6990 Cottage Street in Winton, CA.
A celebration of life service will be held at the Winton Apostolic Church on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a burial service at the Patterson Cemetery.
