Fred Von Gunten III was born in Modesto, CA on August 28, 2002. He graduated from Hilmar High School in 2020.
Fred loved spending time with family and friends. He loved cooking and trying new restaurants. He also loved football, especially the Cowboys.
Fred recently got engaged to his fiancée Victoria Sandoval on September 27, 2023. He loved life, and everyone in it. He never had an unkind word for anyone, and was always ready to laugh and joke.
Fred leaves behind his dad and mom, Fred and Riana Von Gunten; his brother Brandon Von Gunten; his sister Grace Von Gunten; and his wonderful fiancée, Victoria Sandoval. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, and cousins, and his grandparents and his great grandparents. He is preceded in death by his grandma, grandpa, and cousin.
There will be a void left in all our hearts that can never be filled, and a pain that time will not erase. Everyone who has reached out to us cannot express enough how much Fred was loved, and how much he will be missed.
Viewing will be at Allen Mortuary in Turlock, CA on Wednesday, November 1, 2023. His funeral will be on Thursday November 2, 2023 at Allen Mortuary at 10 am.
