Ivy Lois Boren passed away peacefully Thursday, March 8, 2018 in Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock. She was 78.
Ivy was born August 17, 1939 in Helena, Montana. She taught in the Gustine School District for 12 years. She was a longtime resident of Turlock and a member of Monte Vista Chapel.
Ivy is survived by her children: son Ross Boren and daughter Ivy Veronica Poortvliet of Twin Falls, Idaho.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 11:00am at Monte Vista Chapel, 1619 E. Monte Vista Ave., Turlock.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Ivy’s name be made to Missions Fund, Monte Vista Chapel, 1619 E. Monte Vista Avenue, Turlock, CA 95382.
