August 31, 2020 at 11:34 pmI remember Joe as a high school freshman – always laughing. Our gang had some swimming parties at his house. He loved being a host.
He certainly grew to look very distinguished and seeing that he was an accomplished saxophone player, he looks the part in that picture.
He had a very kind and loving soul – what a loss!

August 28, 2020 at 5:03 amI met Joe, his brother Fernando and their beautiful mother Katherine over 42 years ago when I worked for them at their lumber Company, Martinez Plywood, Inc., as their accounts receivable clerk. All the years I’ve known this dear man he was always happy and he spoke very highly of his family that he obviously loved very much. My condolences go out to Joe’s family.
Joe was a kind, generous, and fun loving man who will be missed dearly by his family and many many friends. RIP my friend and thank you for the fond memories.
