Lisa Schripsema of Modesto, CA passed away unexpectedly at Sutter Memorial Hospital on February 28, 2023. Lisa loved her job (and coworkers) as an Applications Manager for Sutter Health for 20 years. She was the family historian, loving genealogy and connecting with several distant relatives through Ancestry. She had a passion for perfume bottles and was an avid collector for 40 years.
Lisa is survived by her partner Craig Cook, sister Cheryl Elwood (Fred), brother Troy Smith (Cindy), niece Alexandra Miller (Mason) and grandniece Emma. Lisa was preceded in death by her son Tyler Schripsema, sister Danelle Smith-Carper, mom Joyce Smith and dad Theodore Smith.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Del Rio Country Club from Noon-3:00pm.
