Lori Kathleen Bredenburg nee Marklund November 18, 1985 - February 12, 2025

Lori passed from this world, and all her pain, February 12 after a 5-year battle with Clear Cell Renal Carcinoma (CCRC), a vicious cancer that knows no bounds. Her cancer had spread throughout her entire body, especially rapidly during her last three months. No matter the extent of pain, Lori always presented a warm smile, a laughter that felt like sunshine, and never a sense that she was suffering to the public.

Lori loved life to the fullest and was a free-spirit always up for an adventure, be it going on scavenger hunts or camping with her God-sister Lisa; going to the swimming hole with her BFFs Dallon, Kara, and Genevieve; kayaking with her dad, and always showing how she could high-dive off waterfalls and rock, with a twist or two.
She was an extremely talented artist, photographer, and recently creating the most beautiful ceramics, which sold nation-wide. She graduated from Turlock High School in 2003, where she still holds the record-setting score for high-dive in a divisional meet. After high school she attended Modesto JC, Brooks School of Photography in Santa Barbara and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from California State University, Stanislaus.
Lori’s life changed dramatically seven years ago when she met and fell in love with Eric, and they had a son five years ago.

Lori leaves behind her loving husband Eric, son Wyatt, father Steve, mother Nancy, mother-in-law Debbie, sister-in-law Heidi, brother and sister-in-law George and Christina, aunts, uncles, cousins and a myriad of friends who miss her dearly. We all know you’re in heaven and free of your pain!
Rest easy sweet girl
