Louise was born in Turlock, CA to Wallace and Martha Sward and passed away at the age of 73 in Hughson.
She graduated from Turlock High School in 1962 and married Leslie Roy in 1963. Together they lived in Hilmar before settling in Denair. Louise worked as an administrative assistant for Gratton School for 34 years. Her hobbies included golfing, fishing and being outdoors.
Louise is survived by her husband Leslie Roy; children Vicki McCaskill of Turlock and Matt (Dana) Roy of Modesto; siblings Linda Davidson of Coarsegold, CA, Mark (Mary) Sward of Escalon and Peter (Dorothy) Sward of Turlock; grandchildren Zachary Roy, Joshua Roy, Alexandria McCaskill and Michael McCaskill. She is preceded in death by her brother Victor Sward.
Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to United Samaritans Foundation in Turlock.
Memorial service will be held on July 7th at Modesto Church of the Brethren, 2301 Woodland Avenue, Modesto, CA at 10:30 a.m.
