Samoun was born in Cambodia to Eum Nop and Som Chhoeum and passed away at the age of 67. He leaves behind his wife Sykhan Phann; children Samon Nop, Sam Nang Nop, David (Irma Frias) Nop, Tommy (Melinda) Nop, Kevin Nop and Brian Nop; grandchildren Isaac, Isaiah, Madi, Diora, Malaki, Rylan, Somaya, Hendrix and Indie.
Funeral service will be held at Allen Mortuary on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
