Phyllis Cochran, age 72, lifetime resident of Modesto, California passed away on March 3, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center. Phyllis loved her family and her animals. She enjoyed numerous arts-n-crafts and gardening. Phyllis loved spending time with her only grandson telling him family stories. She retired from Memorial Hospital in Modesto after 33 years in the medical billing department.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Carrie Spiegel and her grandson, Wyatt Gray. She is also survived by her brother, Dean Loveland, Sr..
