It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rebecca Ann Rigney (Williams) who left us on October 6, 2024 at the age of 58.
Rebecca was born on April 19, 1966 to David Moorman and Ida Williams in Reno, Nevada. She moved to Oakdale, California in 1978 with her mother Ida and sister Diana.

Rebecca was many things to many people. She was a daughter, a sister, a mother , grandmother, aunt and friend. Throughout her life she enjoyed music, sewing, crafting and spending time with her family and friends, among many other things.

As many of you knew, Rebecca was diagnosed with cancer in early October 2018. She was determined and ready to put up a fight, and that she did. She fought for six long years and passed away at her home on October 6, 2024.

Rebecca is preceded in death by her father David Moorman, her mother Ida Williams and her two sons Christopher Karpan and Timothy Rigney. She leaves behind her uncle Albert, her sister Diana, children Tracey, Krystal, Tiffany and Justin; her nephews Joseph, Roger and Michael; her grandchildren Alyssa, Anthony, Jonathan, Samantha, Cayden, Joey, Andrew, Karahleigh, Julian and Carson as well as many other family members and countless friends.

Rebecca made such a huge impact on everyone she knew. She will be remembered for having a huge heart and making those around her feel loved and welcomed, as well as her feisty give ‘em hell attitude (among many other things). Her family and friends will cherish her memory forever.

The family is planning a celebration of life to be determined at a later date.
