Rick was born in Illinois to Floyd and Marjorie Roe and passed away at the age of 75. He will be remembered dearly by his family for his loving demeanor and sense of humor. Rick served as a Machinist Mate aboard the USS Chicago while in the United States Navy. He worked for Turlock Irrigation District for 29 years. Rick and his wife Liz loved camping in their retro camping trailers, and he enjoyed working on and rebuilding vintage trailers. He was always involved in his kids and grandkids lives; supporting them through their hobbies of auto racing or playing sports. Rick was an avid sports fan; he was a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan.
He is survived by his wife Liz Roe; children Mike Roe, Danny (Angela) Roe and Bobby (Amanda) Roe; grandchildren Dalton, Gianna, Preston and Denae; siblings Sandy Heilich, Rusty Robbins and Raymond Robbins. Rick was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Randy Robbins.
A celebration of Rick’s life will be held at Allen Mortuary on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 10:00a.m.
