July 9, 2020 at 7:48 pmI am so sorry for your loss of Russ Richards. I have such fond memories of Russ (Rusty as I knew him then). We were in the same grade (with seven or eight students) for all eight years at Roberts Ferry Elementary School. His positive personality, always smiling and complimentary, will be greatly missed.
