Sandra Luellen Fulton

February 23, 1947 ~ February 15, 2025

Sandra Luellen Fulton has entered into the loving embrace of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at the age of 77. She was born in Glendale, California to Joseph and Lillian Steiner. She enjoyed a close relationship (and much laughter) with her older sister, Karen. Just before graduating Franklin High School, she met and married the love of her life, Roger Fulton, while he was serving in the U.S. Navy.  Together they raised their two sons, Rodney and Todd. Later in life, they also raised their granddaughter, Erikka.

Sandy poured her heart into being a homemaker, mom and “Nana” to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed fits of laughter with older sister, and spending time admiring the beauty of God’s creation in places like Santa Cruz and Hawaii.

After winning a harrowing battle with cancer, she selflessly devoted her life to being a fulltime caretaker for her husband Roger as he battled Parkinson’s Disease. After Roger went home to be with the Lord, Sandy delighted in spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed hosting them for sleepovers, taking them swimming and playing with them. She spent the final years of her life indulging her grandchildren in her loving affection.

Sandy is survived by her sister Karen Steiner Mendez, brother Steve Steiner, sons Rodney Fulton and Todd Fulton, daughter Erikka Perry, son-in-law Craig Perry, daughter “in-love” Kim Fulton, grandchildren Steven Fulton (senior), Heather Fulton, Jessica Fulton and Trinity Fulton, and great grandchildren Steven Fulton (junior) Ryan Perry, Emma Hardwick, and Rowan Luella Perry (her namesake).

A Funeral will be held at Crossroads Church in Turlock on Friday, February 21st starting at 11:00am. A Visitation will be held the night before on Thursday, February 20th at Allen Mortuary from 5-7pm. A Graveside will be held at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery at a later date.
