Savannah Leeann Jones, age 23, passed away at her home in Show Low, AZ on March 10th, 2023.
Savannah was born in Modesto, CA to Daniel R. Jones and Veda I. Sullivan. Savannah moved to Show Low, AZ three years ago to start her life journey with her life partner. She enjoyed hiking, being outdoors, fishing, boating and just being adventurous. She was always the life of the party, She loved to dance and be silly with her friends, sisters and family. She was very family oriented and would help anyone without judgment. She loved to care for others. She began her nursing career with Haven Health as a CNA – LNA – CMA Caregiver. She was waiting acceptance into college to start an RN program. On February 21st, 2023, she gave birth to her one and only daughter which she loved with all her heart.
Savannah is proceeded in death by her grandmother Pamela Sullivan, brothers, Daniel Jones Jr. and Michael McClain, uncle Joseph Sullivan, along with so many more angels.
Savannah is survived by her life partner Norman Walker; her daughter Layla Walker of Show Low, AZ; her parents, father Daniel R. Jones, stepmom Cheryl Jones of Ceres, CA, mother Veda I. Malone, and stepdad Fred Schmitz of Ceres, CA; grandparents Gary and Helen Sullivan of Dallas, OR, grandfather Jerry Jones of London, AK, sisters, Danyelle Jones, Of Ceres Ca, Krysta Jones of Turlock CA, and Topanga Sullivan of Shreveport LA, stepsister Makayla Schmitz of Ceres Ca, Mackenzie Schmitz of Modesto Ca, stepbrother James Schmitz of Modesto Ca , aunt Krysta Leverett of Prague OK, and many more aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Her family is full of love and will forever hold her in our hearts. We love you MOEMOE.
Her service will be held Saturday April 8, 2023 at 10:00 am at Allen Mortuary, 247 N. Broadway, Turlock, CA. We will then follow to Ceres cemetery (1801 E Whitmore Ave Ceres Ca 95307) at 11:45am. There will be a celebration of life to follow from 1-8pm at Tuolumne River Lodge located at 2429 River Rd Modesto, Ca 95351.
