July 19, 2021 at 4:09 amI already miss my Uncle Stevie so much. He was one of the kindest people anyone could ever meet. He never spoke an unkind word about anyone. When we were young he would drive us anywhere we wanted to go in his car. He would play games with us – let us listen to records and watch tv in his room. He always had a big smile and sweet laugh for everyone. I will forever love and miss him – but I know I’ll see him again in heaven one day. He was a solid man of God and I have lots of memories of him playing the piano at home and at church. He could listen to a song once and have it figured out on the piano in a quick minute. So many fun memories. Love you Uncle Stevie!

July 2, 2021 at 5:11 pmI only knew Steve through my dear friend, his wife, Kathy. He was her great support in all things and she often told me that she could not do what she did without him. Steve was right there with Kathy as she walked through her recent health scare. She talked of his love of God. And, he was such a Fox News fan that she would complain. It takes a strong man of God, with a heart of gold, to take in his mother-in-law and keep the peace. What I will remember most, and thank him for, is the huge smile on Kathy’s face when she talked of him.
