William “Bill” Egleston May 15, 1964 - January 13, 2018

William "Bill" Egleston

May 1964 – Jan. 2018

Bill was born in May 1964 and passed away in January 2018 after succumbing to injuries sustained while doing what he loved: racing on a fresh dirt track. Bill was known for his amazing generosity and kindness to every single person he met; once you shook his hand, he was your friend and he would have given you the shirt off of his back if you needed it.

He fiercely loved God, his wife & children, and his two grand-daughters who were his pride and joy. Bill was also known for his commitment to staying clean and sober for the last 23 years, his exceptional work ethic, and dedication towards building his trucking business from the ground up. He would enter any room with a smile on his face and could make everyone around him laugh with ease.

He is survived by his wife Maria Egleston; son and daughter in law Michael & Amanda Egleston; two grandchildren Adeline & Katherine Egleston; daughter Kimberly Egleston; mother and father Barbara Dobbert & Frank Egleston; twin brother and wife Paul & Paula Egleston; and younger brother and wife Michael & Shannon Egleston.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 10:00am at Lifegate Free Will Baptist Church in Turlock, CA. Internment will immediately follow at Turlock Memorial Park. Please share your memories on this website.

I remember going to church with Bill. I remember going to men’s advance with Bill. I always thought He was a cool guy to be around. I even tried to get him to hire me to drive truck for him. He told me I was too old LOL. I can’t believe He is gone so soon!!I am so sorry for the family love and prayers for all of you!!!! He was taken way to soon and will be missed! At least he died doing something he loved to do. We also know where He is with his Lord and Savior and we shall see Him again someday!
